78% of what goes in your mouth is what either keeps or get rid of the love handles and the rest well you do the math. And who named them that anyway? They certainly don’t bring anyone love but I digress. The point is you eat your way into a 6-pack and not amount of ab exercises are going to do it.
Ab workouts are to develop the muscles in your abdominal. Now if there are layers of fat blocking their view then whats the point of doing the exercises other than to have a strong core? Which brings me to the meat of this article. You see your core is the foundation of your body structure. A strong core allows you to do many things. Squats Dead lifts lunges even bench press will be either impossible or extremely difficult without a strong core. Now what does this have to do this article if all you want to do i s to learn how to lose your stomach? Everything! You are strengthening every core and stabilizing muscle by doing these exercises. Plus they are multi-movement and engage your whole body.
Remember 78% of what you eat contributes to your fat lose and only 12% of what you do in the gym. So why not make every percent in the gym count? Don’t do crunches do dead lifts. Don’t do side bends do squats. Don’t do leg lifts do lunge. Get the picture? Now if you want to have that six pack by the time you lose the last inch of fat then go and get a ab circle pro or something that targets your mid-section perfectly but any ab workout that is done in the gym is a waste of your time and money. Spend the time doing exercises you can’t easily do home.
Again what goes in your mouth will determine if you ever get that spare tire off. I know you fear diets and with good reason. I will do an entire article on this topic but for now simply stay away from diets. They do more harm then good. No nutritionist will tell you this because they are taught to tell you that diets are the way to go but you will see what I’m talking about in the next article.
